Sheena Urdaz is a Physician Assistant with 12 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her education at South University and is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). As a Diplomat of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Sheena brings a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on lifestyle-based strategies that support long-term wellness and disease prevention.
Fluent in English and American Sign Language (ASL), she is committed to helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
Outside of work, Sheena enjoys gardening, traveling, attending live music events, and exploring the arts. She loves spending time outdoors with her family and is a proud mother of two daughters.
